YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT MAIN PURPOSE The IS Manufacturing Expert for Italy will be responsible for the implementation of SAP modules for Celine's industrial business unit. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly within the fashion industry. Based at Celine Production, the successful candidate will undertake frequent travel to various Italian production sites and to Paris to ensure comprehensive coverage of business needs. The role will report to the IS&T Director of Italy and functionally to the Global SAP Operations Domain Lead during the project implementation. Job Responsibilities YOUR IMPACT Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of SAP modules tailored for the industrial sector, with a focus on manufacturing processes Ensure that all SAP solutions align with established standards, SAP best practices, and the requirements of internal stakeholders Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to guarantee consistency, quality, and effectiveness in all implementations, aiming not only to prevent regressions but also to enhance and optimize current processes Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the efficient and high‑quality delivery of project outcomes Act as the key interface between local business units, IS&T and global SAP team, translating business needs into technical requirements Provide expert guidance on SAP functionalities, particularly within supply chain manufacturing (Planning, Purchasing, Logistics) and Finance modules Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the SAP landscape Profile Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager specifically on SAP implementation projects. Solid knowledge of SAP solutions, covering both functional and technical aspects (list the related SAP module). Significant experience in SAP S/4 HANA migration projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly within the fashion industry. Proficiency in SAP modules related to supply chain manufacturing (Planning, Purchasing, Logistics) and Finance. Excellent business acumen, with a proven ability to align technological choices with economic and strategic objectives. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and complex relationship management skills at all organizational levels. Fluency in English (a must); proficiency in French (a plus). Additional Information Location: Celine Production, via di Meleto, 1 Strada in Chianti – Firenze Starting Date: October 2026 For new joiners in this role, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 60,000. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender‑neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Pelli e Succedanei) [and the supplementary company agreement], as applied by Celine Production in Italy.
