We are seeking an experienced Wellness Director for our prestigious Tuscan estate in Casole d'Elsa. The role focuses on leading a holistic wellness program that integrates spa treatments, fitness, and nutrition. Candidates should possess exceptional leadership skills, operational excellence, and the ability to engage guests to create personalized wellness experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire wellness program including spa services, fitness sessions, and nutrition plans.
• Develop and implement wellness strategies that align with our luxury brand standards.
• Engage guests in personalized wellness experiences and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven experience in wellness leadership, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
