Descrizione:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and support key financial processes within a dynamic industrial environment.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing business performance, supporting planning activities, and driving cost optimization initiatives across the organization of Grosotto&Sondalo Plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support controlling activities and analyzing company performance
- Define and update standard costs, identifying and explaining variance
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of industrial budgets and forecast
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Procurement teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
Qualification
- Degree in Economics or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies or accounting firms
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to peak workload periods
