As Senior Account Manager for Groceries, you own strategic national partnerships to scale our groceries footprint rapidly. You will secure top-tier content, drive performance, and enhance the user experience through data-driven decisions. You act as the primary point of contact, negotiating and onboarding key Groceries giants to create a win-win ecosystem. This role sits at the center of high-impact partnerships, translating complex problems into scalable solutions. You join a fast-paced, non-vanilla culture that values bold, tangible impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Own the Joint Business Plan (JBP) for top-tier partners and define the yearly roadmap to boost GMV and market share
- Build and scale a high-impact partner portfolio and identify untapped business opportunities
- Lead negotiations and onboarding of key Groceries partners to create a win-win ecosystem
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and provide tools, insights, and solutions to improve delivery performance
- Maintain engagement through monthly/quarterly business reviews and act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
- Navigate a high-task environment, turning multidisciplinary problems into scalable solutions
Responsabilità
- 3+ years of experience managing robust, long-term partnerships
- Natural bias for action with a results-driven mindset
- Comfort with complex data sets to inform business judgments
- Deep understanding of Groceries P&L, revenue dynamics, and marketplace drivers
- Proven track record in negotiating large-scale accounts and commercial terms
- Strong communication skills to present to internal teams and external partners
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Fluent in English and Italian at a professional level
