In this role, you will drive the financial backbone of clinical trial start‑up, ensuring budgets, payments and oversight are precise and compliant. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into action and support timely study launches. The position blends finance with clinical operations, offering exposure to global regulatory standards and process optimization. You will help shape efficient, compliant start‑up processes while contributing to life‑changing clinical research. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused opportunity in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities
- Degree in Economics or a Scientific discipline with relevant clinical or financial experience
- Minimum one year experience in clinical operations, project management, or accounting environments
- Strong understanding of clinical drug development, including start‑up and contracting processes
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, health authority requirements, and local regulatory frameworks
- Solid financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues and navigate cross‑functional challenges
- Structured, proactive, and independent working style with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English with effective communication across global matrix organizations
