How Will You Make a Difference- Drive New Business - Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
- Build Strong Relationships - Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
- Lead Sales Initiatives - Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
- Innovate with New Offerings - Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
- Contribute to Bids - Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
- Local Leadership - Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
- Achieve Performance Goals - Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
- Develop Strategic Plans - Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
- Manage Pipelines - Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional and global teams.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Strategic Account Management or sales role in the inspection field.
- Familiarity with industrial inspection processes such as ASTM, ASME, and PED.
- Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable B2B environment.
- Proven experience working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year‑on‑year double‑digit growth.
- Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior‑level audiences.
- Experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margin.
- Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
