We're a fast-growing automotive-tech scale-up — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The role
Sell our SaaS suite (V-Fleet, V-Parts, V-Insurance, V-Analytics and more) to new and existing clients, with a consultative approach and a focus on long-term relationships. Platforms that digitise and streamline the entire vehicle maintenance, repair and claims cycle, cutting costs and time for those managing large vehicle fleets.
→ ~70% new business development · ~30% growing existing accounts
→ Main focus: short-term (STR) and long-term (LTR) rental companies
Who we sell to
- Short- and long-term rental companies (STR / LTR) and fleets
- Insurance companies — for claims management
- Automotive and mobility operators
Managerial and decision-making contacts: maintenance managers, procurement offices, claims leads — in Italy and, where relevant, at the groups' European headquarters. The international sales opportunities that arise from these conversations are just as significant.
What you'll do
- Win new clients among rental companies, fleets, insurers and mobility operators
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Grow existing accounts over time, expanding the products they use across the suite (cross-selling and upselling)
- Run meetings and demos (with the support of the Tech team and the CTO)
What we're looking for
- Consultative / enterprise B2B sales experience, comfortable with complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
- Existing relationships with rental companies, fleets, insurers or industry operators
- A background in SaaS / B2B software (ideally automotive tech, insurtech or mobility)
- Fluent English — to engage with international contacts as well
- Knowledge of the automotive / fleet / insurance / mobility sector
