Main duties and responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of Sushi and Asian dishes are always delivered to guests, in line with the established recipes, as approved by the culinary management Receive orders and prepare food during meal services. Ensure proper garnish and accompaniments are of excellent standard; Support the culinary team in other dishes preparations as requested Monitor grocery stocks and suggest orders to the culinary management to ensure availability of any Indian/Asian ingredient Ensure all Health and Safety, Privacy and Security procedure are followed at all times Requirements
Excellent and consistent Sushi and Asian culinary experience in gourmet dining and/or luxury hotels is a must Good knowledge of English along with some conversational Italian would represent a great advantage Pleasant personality and attitude, able to work efficiently in team Professional appearance and attitude, with proficient communication skills Perfect knowledge of the international HACCP hygiene and kitchen safety rules Contractual Terms
