Archer Recruitment, a leading specialist in IT recruitment, is expanding its Business Development team and is seeking ambitious, commercially-minded sales professionals to join us at our Malta office.
This is an opportunity to take your B2B sales career to the next level in a high-growth, international environment - working directly with key decision-makers and contributing to Archer’s continued success across European markets.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will take ownership of client acquisition and relationship development. You will engage with decision-makers, present tailored recruitment solutions, and gradually progress into managing full sales cycles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT sector
- Developing and managing client relationships from first contact to long-term partnership
- Collaborating with our specialist recruitment consultants to deliver high-impact solutions
- Attending client meetings and industry events, both virtually and in person
- Progressing towards running own meetings and closing deals independently
- Contributing to the long-term growth strategy of Archer across new and existing markets

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within services or consultative sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills, with a consultative and confident approach to client engagement
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a long-term view on professional development
- EU citizenship or eligibility to work within the European Union
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
