Customer Service Management plays a critical role in connecting our customers with our organization, ensuring long‑term partnerships and increasing the value we create together. Within Customer Service Management, we oversee a portfolio of approximately 300 full‑scope service contracts with guaranteed performance levels. We are now looking for a motivated and collaborative professional to join us in this exciting and impactful journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall performance of service contracts, ensuring that both Vestas’ and customers’ contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Develop a deep understanding of contract requirements and closely monitor compliance, performance, and delivery against agreed targets. Act as the primary point of contact during the Service Contract (SC) phase, owning the customer relationship and contributing strategic insights to support commercial decisions.
- Maintain a comprehensive 360° view of the customer account, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and clear reporting of contract performance.
- Manage complex contractual discussions, including negotiations and settlements, always aiming to reach the best possible commercial outcome while identifying opportunities for added value.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Solid foundation in statistics and basic economics.
- Experience working with reporting tools and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
- Good understanding of contractual frameworks and the ability to interpret legal clauses.
- Previous experience in contract management.

- Active listener with a collaborative mindset and effective interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities; skilled at managing stakeholders across different functions.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles; familiarity with SAP and knowledge of Salesforce.
- Focus on creating trusted customer connections and supporting lasting engagement through value‑based solutions.
- Methodical and solution‑oriented, with solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify and address potential conflicts using data and insights.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
