Skilled Worker / Semi‑Skilled Worker | Full‑Time | Field Operations Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise construction activities in line with Vestas values and priorities. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times. Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient site execution. Monitor site progress and performance to meet project timelines and contractual requirements. Act as the main point of contact between site teams and senior management. Provide clear and regular updates on site status, risks, and challenges. Manage the full project cycle, from site preparation to final handover. Identify potential challenges in advance and offer practical solutions to resolve them. Ensure correct construction methods and techniques are applied consistently. Support cost control activities and help keep projects within budget. Prepare internal and external reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Qualifications

High school diploma or technical education. Education in construction management or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or team leadership.

Extensive Knowledge Of

Safety management procedures. Electrical systems. Delivery stations and site equipment. Experience in the wind energy sector is highly valued. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Key Competencies

Effective leadership and people management skills. High safety awareness and ability to handle critical situations.
