Team Leader | Full-Time | Field Operations Do you have experience as an Industrial Team Leader? Are you looking for a position in the wind energy sector?

Responsibilities

Accountable for the operational execution of service activities in line with company values and priorities.

Ensure the proper functioning of assigned wind farms, guaranteeing high performance throughout the entire turbine lifecycle.

Manage daily operations of assigned staff and resolve issues involving external suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Implement function‑specific processes, procedures, and tools.

Monitor technicians’ performance and activities to ensure effective cost control.

Approve completed work and manage technicians’ timesheets.

Correct errors in time registration and technical reporting (backend systems).

Handle planned absence requests from team members.

Plan service team composition in the medium and long term.

Continuously monitor site performance and implement improvement actions.

Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, process compliance, and performance standards.

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the team, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.

Support people development, including training and safety initiatives (Safety Walks & Talks).

Ensure compliance with Vestas standards and all local and national regulations.

Guarantee resource availability for the execution of work orders.

Monitor and manage costs through continuous tracking of Service P&L.

Qualifications

Minimum Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical).

5–6 years of professional experience in Operations.

Proven experience in team management.

Basic level of English.

Good knowledge of IT systems and tools (MS Office; SAP is a plus).
