Position

SFDC Technical Leader

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
  • Define and promote best practices for Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Oversee solution implementation, managing key technical decisions.
  • Coordinate technical activities within the project team.
  • Maintain continuous interaction with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Work in an Agile environment alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
  • Coordinate and supervise external vendors to ensure delivery quality and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience in technical leadership or solution design roles.
  • Ability to work in structured, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Attitude towards coordination and management of project activities.
  • Experience in customer care projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of voice, IVR, CTI, or contact‑center integration solutions preferred.
