SFDC Technical Leader
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
- Define and promote best practices for Salesforce development and configuration.
- Oversee solution implementation, managing key technical decisions.
- Coordinate technical activities within the project team.
- Maintain continuous interaction with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Work in an Agile environment alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
- Coordinate and supervise external vendors to ensure delivery quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in technical leadership or solution design roles.
- Ability to work in structured, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Attitude towards coordination and management of project activities.
- Experience in customer care projects preferred.
- Knowledge of voice, IVR, CTI, or contact‑center integration solutions preferred.
