Our Gdynia team specializes in customer service, sales support, and technical consulting.Location: ?u?ycka 8 A, 81-537 GdyniaWork model: HybridResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers via email and phoneEnter and monitor orders, managing the entire processEnsure the highest level of customer service with daily follow‑ups and clear communicationCoordinate activities between the sales department, customers, procurement, factory, and pricingHandle invoices, including corrections, issuing credit and debit notes, and processing non‑technical complaintsMonitor delivery processes and cooperate with the warehouse and transport companyControl stock levels and collaborate with procurement and the factoryRequirementsFluent in English and ItalianMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service roleExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work in an international environment and across culturesQuick learner with strong problem‑solving skillsKnowledge of SAP is an additional advantagePrevious experience in customer service is highly desirablePPG provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
