User Sentiment & Reputation Manager Full-time · Prime Insights

We specialize in the mobile games and digital entertainment space, helping our clients gain meaningful insights through online quantitative research. We are looking for someone to fully own and continuously improve the reviews and reputation ecosystem across all of our apps and platforms (App Store, Play Store, Trustpilot, Google Reviews, etc.).

This role is not focused on manually replying to reviews day-to-day, but rather on building processes, monitoring systems, analyses, and strategies that improve user sentiment and app reputation over time.

Responsibilities include: Monitoring ratings and review trends across all platforms Identifying changes in user sentiment, recurring complaints, and emerging issues Building dashboards, reporting, and alerting systems Analyzing user feedback and turning it into actionable insights for product, support, and marketing teams Improving review generation strategies and identifying opportunities to increase positive reviews Reviewing and optimizing existing review-related workflows and processes Researching competitor approaches and industry best practices Working cross-functionally with support, product, and marketing teams to improve the overall user experience and reputation of our apps Supporting content and community efforts by highlighting user stories and engagement opportunities Aligning user sentiment insights with marketing, employer branding, and social media content Helping strengthen trust, transparency, and long-term user loyalty across platforms

Success in this role means creating a scalable, proactive system where app reputation and user feedback are continuously monitored, analyzed, and improved, rather than handled reactively. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user sentiment insights directly support broader company initiatives such as content strategy, community engagement, and employer branding across Prime Insights and Prime Earn. The goal is to not only improve ratings and reviews, but also strengthen the overall perception of the brand as a trusted, user-centric, and innovative global platform.
