Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive sales growth and market penetration for Ormco and Spark Clear Aligner in Tuscany/Umbria. You will cultivate distribution partnerships, train peers and customers, and manage tender-focused opportunities to realize revenue. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align product launches and feedback with marketing and sales policies. This role offers hands‑on field engagement, strategic development, and the chance to shape regional growth within a global orthodontics leader.

  • Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products, share new product information, and gather feedback
  • Build long‑lasting relationships and drive revenue growth with tender regions, DMUs, and affiliated orthodontic specialists
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Qualify potential customers as sales prospects for the corporation
  • Understand and support the corporation's sales policies to provide effective treatment
  • Advise marketing on new product ideas and extensions for evaluation
  • Follow corporate policies on customer entertainment and relations
  • Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to the Region Sales Manager
  • Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly call, weekly expense, periodic general reports, and other assigned reports)

Responsabilità

  • Strategic view on business development and proactive training of peers and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an unstructured environment
  • Experience operating in an international environment
  • Native Italian language skills and intermediate English proficiency
  • Previous experience in Dental/medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industries (preferred)
  • Proficient with Excel and CRM systems
  • At least 3 years of sales and/or general business experience
  • Willing and able to travel with a valid driver’s license (company car)
