An AHS Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our third‑party business partners (Sellers). We obsess over providing world‑class support to Sellers, selling on the Amazon platform, striving to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize a problem and provide solutions to help our partners better serve their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Sellers, department management, risk analysts, and other company associates to achieve goals.
  • Interact with third‑party Sellers by phone and email to coach and assist them with account‑health related topics; handle up to 80% of the day with inbound and outbound phone contacts.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers, including appropriate escalation of issues in a contact‑center environment.
  • Address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment while adhering to service‑level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
Day in the Life

As an AHS Specialist, you will engage in frequent communication with Sellers, department management, risk analysts, and other associates to accomplish your goals. You will interact with third‑party Sellers by phone and email with the objective to coach and assist them with account‑health related topics. Up to 80% of your day will be handling inbound and outbound phone contacts.

About the Team

Account Health Support serves as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. The AHS Specialist will provide timely and accurate operational support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role.

Basic Qualifications
  • Min. Campus Graduates/ Undergraduates 2026 in Language or Any Graduate.
  • Min. B2 certification in Italian Language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Italian.

Voice Process (Inbound and Outbound Calling).

Shift Requirements

Rotational shifts and week offs; should be flexible to work as per business requirements.
