We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as:Technology & EngineeringEnergy & RenewablesLife sciences & PharmaDigital & ITAbout this vacancyMain responsibilities: - Conduct technical feasibility studies, evaluating the producibility of parts in relation to design constraints, available technologies, and machine tool capabilities. - Estimate machine times and setup times using standard methodologies such as MTM, ensuring accuracy in planning and costing. - Use CATIA V5 to analyze 3D models, identify critical steps, and propose production-oriented optimizations (DfM). - Define the complete work cycle, including machining sequences, reorientations, fixtures, tool selection, cutting parameters, and continuous improvement solutions. - Coordinate subsequent stages of the production process, such as painting and surface or heat treatments, ensuring consistency and smooth operational workflows.What we expect from you3 to 5 years of experience in the fieldKnowledge of CAD software, preferably CATIA V5Experience in mechanical design and solid knowledge of mechanical machiningExcellent interpersonal and interaction skills with design, production, and qualityProficiency in Italian (C1) and EnglishWhat you can expect from usTMC is an international consultancy company in the high-tech sector that provides its clients with expertise to support them in tackling their technological challenges.
