Experteer OverviewIn this role you will develop new customer opportunities by engaging with clients to understand challenges and design technical connector solutions for production. You will provide customer feedback to internal teams and help shape the product roadmap for Industrial and Robotics. You’ll track market penetration, benchmark competitors, and lead technical reviews to win high-value projects. This role combines engineering problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in non-automotive markets. Responsibilities

Develop new customer opportunities by visiting customers and proposing technical connector solutions for production Provide voice of the customer feedback to internal business and engineering teams Track and improve aerospace connector penetration by customer, market, and product lines Recommend new products and technology to increase sales in Industrial and Robotics markets for future roadmap Develop competitor benchmarking information and highlight potential value proposition entry Lead BOM development for internal quote process Lead customer technical reviews Support material preparation for internal business reviews Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) 3+ years of experience related to wire harness and connectors and industries like Industrial and Robotics Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to structure problems and derive insights Strong communication skills with ability to create polished visuals (PowerPoint) for customers Growth-oriented hunter mentality Proven collaboration skills in a team environment Benefits
