We are

, an established and growing ecommerce brand in the
home decor and design
space.
We are looking for an experienced
B2B strategy consultant
to help us build the full structure of our B2B channel from the ground up.
Our goal is to create a clear, scalable and professional B2B system for interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, offices, concept stores and other business clients interested in our products.
This is a
temporary consulting project
, ideal for someone who has already built or scaled B2B channels for ecommerce, decor, design, furniture, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
What we need help with
We are looking for someone who can define:
B2B positioning and offer structure
Ideal B2B customer segments
Wholesale, trade or professional pricing logic
Lead generation strategy
B2B landing page structure
B2B sign-up form and qualification process
CRM and email flow logic
Outreach strategy
Sales process and pipeline structure
