Who We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and take ownership of their career growth.

Minimum 1 year in a sales role (B2C – B2B – SDR – BDR).

Experience with metrics, targets, and KPIs is beneficial.

A proactive mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships.

Relocation Ready: A willingness to relocate to Malta and commit to a long‑term career with Archer Recruitment.

Compensation:

Year one typically €36k+; year 2 up to 56k+ (Base + Commission).
