Your Mission
As a
Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities across solar generation, energy efficiency, and energy storage solutions, building a strong pipeline for the Sales team and playing a key role in GreenYellow's growth in Italy.
A few examples of your responsibilities
Identify and prospect new potential clients (industrial and tertiary sector companies) through outbound activities: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
Qualify outbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and ensure timely, high-quality follow-up.
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting.
Conduct first-level discovery calls to understand prospects' energy needs, decision-making process, and potential fit with GreenYellow's solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings for Sales and support the handover with clear, complete briefs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments relevant to energy efficiency and renewables in Italy.
Contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting processes, sharing best practices and lessons learned across the team.
What we look for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing.
0-2 years
of experience in business development or account development role (B2B experience preferred); recent graduates with strong drive and relevant internships are also welcome.
Genuine interest in the energy transition, renewables, and sustainability.
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and target-driven environments.
Reasoning ability.

Salary range 800-1100€/month
Milan based, with 2 days/week of smart working.
