Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Content Manager – E-Commerce Production who will join the K-Way Marketing team, reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager.

The role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the production of visual content for e-commerce channels, ensuring high-quality execution, aesthetic consistency, and timely delivery of assets aligned with commercial objectives. Working closely with the Content Manager and Product Marketing team, the successful candidate will play a key role in translating brand and product strategies into effective visual content that supports performance and conversion goals.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, Visual Arts, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience;
  • 3–5 years of experience in content production, e-commerce operations, fashion marketing, or similar roles;
  • Experience coordinating photo shoots and managing content production workflows;
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce content requirements and digital asset management;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows and content management systems is considered a plus;
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsabilities E-Commerce Content Production

  • Coordinate the operational planning and execution of e-commerce photo shoots, including scheduling, crew coordination, location management, and sample organization;
  • Attend and oversee shooting activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to quality standards;
  • Ensure quality control of all visual assets, including still-life photography, model shoots, and total-look imagery;
  • Guarantee consistency with brand guidelines and commercial objectives across all content outputs.

Operations & Timing

  • Manage global buying analysis and coordinate the ordering, tracking, and logistics of shooting samples;
  • Organize garment pickups, deliveries, and inventory movements related to content production;
  • Maintain and manage the shooting calendar according to product launches, go-live dates, and business priorities;
  • Monitor asset delivery timelines, post-production activities, and content upload schedules;
  • Provide operational support during key commercial periods, including sales campaigns, product launches, and special projects.

Cross-Functional Support & Content Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with the Content Manager and Product Marketing team to ensure alignment between brand storytelling, hero messaging, and visual outputs;
  • Support the Digital Team in the development of performance-driven creative assets for advertising activities;
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team on the creation of supporting graphics and content;
  • Partner with the E-commerce Team to deliver visual assets for newsletters, landing pages, and other commercial initiatives.

This role comes with an annual gross retribution between €28,000 and €30,000, depending on the candidate's experience and overall profile.
