Who We’re Looking For
For our Credit Department within the Finance function at our Turin Headquarters, we are looking for a Credit Collector with proven experience in credit collection and credit management.
Key Responsabilities
- Monitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities;
- Assess customers’ creditworthiness and identify potential risks of default;
- Manage customer relationships regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts;
- Conduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary;
- Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Sales and Customer Service, as well as with field agents;
- Monitor collection performance and contribute to reducing payment times;
- Prepare reports and analyses related to credit positions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
- Proactive and dynamic approach;
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork attitude;
- Experience in international and/or multinational environments.
Salary Package: from approximately € 27.839 up to a maximum of € 33.000, depending on the overall assessment of the candidate’s profile and the position, plus a range of company benefits.
