PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Dealer Sales Specialist at FPT Industrial is responsible for developing and managing the customer portfolio for the sale of industrial, marine, on‑road, and off‑road engines. This role serves as the commercial point of reference for customers, supporting them in selecting the most suitable engine solutions for their applications and contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Manage and grow the assigned Dealer
Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate FPT Industrial engine solutions, together with support of Technical Sales department
Prepare commercial offers, technical quotations, and supply contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, After Sales, Platform, Marketing) to provide end‑to‑end customer support
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities across industrial, power generation, marine, agriculture, construction, and on‑road segments
Support dealer in negotiations and deal closures in line with company strategy
Support dealer in scouting new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceeded
Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and technical presentations to promote FPT Industrial products.
Prepare sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND
Master degree (Management/Economics/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable)
Experience in engines, automotive, powertrain, or industrial machinery sectors (1–5+ years depending on seniority required)
Experience in indirect sales business (sales through dealer or distributor)
Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building mindset
Negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex deals, with good problem-solving skills
Ability to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skills
Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing. Knowledge of German or French is a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and common ICT tools

SALARY INFORMATION
Applied Contract: CCSL Contratto CollettivoSpecifico di Lavoro (Stellantis, Iveco Group, CNH Industrial and Ferrari)
Grade: Professional
Salary range: € 45-55K
