PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Dealer Sales Trainee at FPT Industrial is responsible for supporting the Dealer Sales manager in developing and managing the customer portfolio for the sale of industrial, marine, on‑road, and off‑road engines.
Key Responsibilities
Support Dealer Sales manager with the assigned Dealer
Prepare commercial offers and supply contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, After Sales, Platform, Marketing) to provide end‑to‑end customer support
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities across industrial, power generation, marine, agriculture, construction, and on‑road segments
Prepare sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analyses for management
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND
Master degree (Management/Economics/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable)
Understanding of engines, automotive, powertrain, or industrial machinery sectors
Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building mindset
Negotiation skills with good problem-solving skills
Ability to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skills
Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
Good knowledge of MS Office and common ICT tools

GROSS MONTLHY INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE
€1.060 for candidates living outside the province or more than 100 km from the internship location. Alternatively, a monthly allowance of €800 is provided.
