ROLE
Demand Planner Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Every month he/she:
- Consolidates and analyzes the countries’ commercial demand (Demand) and its evolutions (volumes & mix) to propose a production input for industrial assessment;
- Cooperates with scheduling & supply teams to guarantee the execution of the plan;
- Allocates the Master Plan Production (industrial capacity) : build a production program per market, respecting the repartition per region, the demand of the markets, the stock targets, the range evolutions, the strategic orientations and the capacities constraints, on the planning horizon;
- Analyzes product mix trends to support adjustment decision of the installed capacity in
collaboration with Supply team;
- In collaboration with the Product team, he/she elaborates the Guidelines document to inform the markets of the most important range’s modifications and product information.
Every
day:
In collaboration with Order Schedulers and Supply team, Sales team & Brands, he/she:
- Ensures the respect of the priorities and commercial constraints to be considered in the firm month and the mandatories’ targets validated for the allocation;
- Ensures to get the right level of orders to cover the production;
- Adjusts the program considering the orders available.
In collaboration with Product and Project team, he/she integrates the planning of the new product into the production programs and cooperates with Supply and Execution teams to ensure the respect of the commercial launch.
Requirements:
1-3 years of professional experience gained in Supply Chain field
English language level B2;
Good knowledge of Excel (expert working knowledge);
Data analysis and synthesis;
Collaborative, Ability to listen, Adaptability; Negotiation skills.
Offer:
Salary range: from €36.000 to €42.000
, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
