Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a
Engagement Manager
in Milan for one of our historic clients, a main actor in the European and global Banking landscape.
With a large digital evolution already starting in the Group, we need someone who could engage the client with our new offers and portfolio, as to create a strong and durable relationship regardless of the services provided.
The candidate will be operating mostly at the client's site, to foster the relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement with the client (Transformation Program, Implementation, Service Delivery).
Stakeholder management (external and internal).
Upselling TCS portfolio.
Coordination of local, nearshore and offshore teams.
Ensure that all organizational process follows compliance parameters and standards.
Required Experience
Italian and English communication proficiency.
Ability to manage and foster strong and resilient relationship with a large number of stakeholders.
Experience in the BFSI environment.
Strong negotiation skills.
Previous PMO experience.
Advantages
Previous experience in a consulting company.
Bachelor degree in Economic or Computer Science or other relevant studies.
