Engineering / Production Manager

to lead the development, industrialization, and production of our systems. This is a key leadership role responsible for bridging engineering and manufacturing, ensuring that products move efficiently from design to production, meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets. Engineering Leadership Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, electronics, mechanical, system engineering) Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense standards and internal quality processes Set up and optimize assembly, integration, and testing lines Manage production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization Operations & Delivery Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery of projects and products Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across projects Build and structure engineering and production teams Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Aerospace, or related field) ~8+ years of experience in engineering and/or production environments ~ Proven experience in

team leadership and project delivery ~ Solid understanding of
