Job Requirements About Quest Global We offer a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate welcoming you to our team as an Engineering Operations and Program Manager Support. Job location: Torino area Responsibilities Support the Technical Manager in all planning activities, RDA/RFQ definition starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers Manage comments, exceptions and technical clarification requests received by vendors in collaboration with technical stakeholders Support the process of PO creation Monitor the invoicing process Monitor actual costs vs budgets Assist the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers for planning purposes Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders on specific topics Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings Qualifications Master degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, etc.) Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet); previous experience in SAP is preferred Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level Italian citizenship is required How we work: culture at Quest Global We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
