Job Summary
Lead the overall finance function of Sany Italy subsidiary, formulate tax strategy, manage a cross-cultural finance team of 5–6 people, and ensure full compliance with Italian local regulations and Group financial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial management of the overseas subsidiary, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal control.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning and compliance in line with Italian tax laws and EU requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multinational finance team of 5–6 staff.
- Coordinate with Group headquarters, external auditors, local tax authorities, banks, and legal advisors.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly/yearly closing and financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and Group policies.
- Monitor financial risks, optimize cost efficiency, and support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CPA / ACCA certification is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of overall finance management experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on working experience in Italy.
- Fluent working English; Italian language is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Italian local financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting rules.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
