About Nebuly Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the first platform to measure the impact of enterprise AI agents.
Every enterprise function - sales, customer support, HR, finance - is deploying AI agents at scale. Every day, millions of conversations happen between employees and customers and these agents. Those conversations are the most valuable new data asset an enterprise produces - but they are unstructured, high-volume, and invisible without the right infrastructure.
Nebuly sits on top of any enterprise AI deployment and answers those questions. Think of it as the control plane for enterprise AI: connect once, measure everything, with no data ever leaving your environment.
Every new data category has created a new software category. CRM for customer interactions. Product analytics for user behavior. Nebuly is building that layer for AI agents.
Our customers include Oura, CNH Industrial, Vodafone, and Moncler. Demand is accelerating fast and we are building the team to match.
Why This Role Matters
We have a product that works, customers that prove it, and a market that is moving fast. Italy is one of the core regions we are pushing alongside the US, DACH and UK - it is not an experiment, it is a strategic priority. In Italy we have meaningful traction, referenceable logos, and early partner relationships to build on. The market is largely untapped and the opportunity is real from day one. The person who takes this role has the opportunity to build a dominant position in a market that is moving fast.
If you have spent the last decade building the right relationships in Italy and you are ready to put them to work in a market that is genuinely early, this is your moment. You will report directly to the Co-founder, have a sales engineer to handle technical discovery, and a channel person alongside you to build the partner ecosystem. Your job is to generate pipeline, navigate deals, and close.
No VP of Sales between you and the decision maker. No committee to approve your approach. Just a big market, a working product, and room to run.
What You’ll Do
Generate pipeline fast - primarily through your existing network. There is no inbound engine, no SDR handing you leads. You eat what you kill.
Own the full sales cycle end to end: sourcing → pilot → business case → negotiation → close
Target mid-market and enterprise accounts with €100K+ ACV potential, navigating multi-stakeholder deals across product, AI, IT, legal, and procurement
Be the face of Nebuly in Italy - at events, in conversations, in the market
Who You Are
6+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales experience in Italy
Proven track record of closing multiple
7-figure enterprise contracts
Active
network
of prospects and decision-makers in the Italian enterprise space
Comfortable in
technical sales conversations
(with CTOs, ML teams, data leads)
You know how to win deals without inbound or SDRs -
you drive your own pipeline
Experience working alongside system integrators and advisory firms - you know how to bring them into a deal, co-sell with them, and build the relationship that eventually generates referrals.
Comfortable with ambiguity, a lean process, and building as you go
Fluent in Italian and English;
Spanish bonus
You do not need to have sold AI observability or conversational analytics before. You need to know the buyers and know how to sell.
Bonus Points
Spanish speaker - we are actively evaluating Iberia as our next market and this would be a natural advantage.
Experience as a first sales hire or market launcher
Background in data, analytics, ML infrastructure, or developer tools
