Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the growth of Pininfarina’s Architecture division across the EMEA region, driving high-value projects and expanding the client portfolio. You will secure contracts from lead to negotiation, build relationships with developers and investors, and shape commercial strategies with the Design Team. You’ll monitor market trends and enhance brand visibility in collaboration with Marketing and Finance. This is a strategic, international leadership role at the intersection of luxury design and architectural technology.

Lead generation and contract closure from lead to negotiation
Build and manage relationships with developers, institutional investors, and senior decision-makers
Collaborate with Design Team to develop bespoke commercial proposals and competitive strategies
Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify trends in the EMEA real estate market
Collaborate with Marketing/PR to boost brand visibility and oversee CRM reporting in alignment with Finance
Responsabilità
10+ years in business development for architecture firms, strategic consulting, or luxury real estate
Track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting revenue targets
Expertise in sales, financial reporting, and long-term strategic planning
Passion for innovation, design thinking, and architectural technology
Native-level English preferred; second language a plus
Proactive, methodical, and highly organized; willing to travel internationally
Location in Turin/Milan, Italy (candidates must meet location requirements)
