We are looking for an
HR Business Partner Specialist
to join our
HR team , a professional who will act as a strategic point of contact for our departments, supporting business growth through effective people management and organizational development.
What you will do
Act as a strategic partner for dedicated business units, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring alignment with corporate goals
Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and offboarding
Manage employee relations and provide consultancy on labor law and company policies, ensuring compliance with the Italian Metalmechanic CCNL
Identify training and development needs within the teams, collaborating on talent management initiatives
Contribute to HR projects (e.g., compensation & benefits, organizational changes, internal communication) to enhance the employee experience
Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes
Who we are looking for
Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP or Generalist.
Previous experience in the industrial machinery sector and familiarity with the Italian Metalmechanic CCNL is highly appreciated
Excellent command of the English language (C1 level is required)
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a high degree of flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, technological environment
Strong interpersonal skills, precision, and a proactive mindset
