The Role

We’re looking for an HR professional with a strong talent acquisition and organizational mindset - ideally with a background in Work & Organizational Psychology - to help shape the candidate and employee experience at Granstudio.

Recruitment will be your primary focus initially, with increasing involvement across the full employee life cycle for a team of around 70 people . You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and team leads, contributing both operationally and strategically to how we attract, onboard and engage talent.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs - beyond technical skills, considering team dynamics and cultural fit
  • Build and nurture international talent pipelines through direct search, networking, universities and Career Days
  • Proactively source and engage hard-to-reach profiles across design, engineering and tech disciplines
  • Conduct interviews in both Italian and English, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience
  • Support onboarding and integration from day one, ensuring a smooth and effective employee journey
  • Plan and coordinate key HR activities related to payroll , training & development and labour law compliance , ensuring accuracy, deadlines and smooth execution with external partners
  • Contribute to HR initiatives (e.g. team building) that strengthen internal communication, culture and employee engagement
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, quality and employee satisfaction

What you bring

  • Degree in Psychology (Work & Organizational Psychology preferred) or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HR
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Strong focus on candidate experience, onboarding quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and functions
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Curiosity about people, organisations and team dynamics
