Ideas Generation Manager

to support, generate and drive

technical cost‑reduction ideas

(Ecotech / Ecomarketing) from early concept through approval. This role sits at the crossroads of

Engineering, Purchasing and Finance

, and plays a key role in identifying opportunities, structuring business cases and ensuring that ideas progress efficiently through the decision process.

Your mission As

Ideas Generation Manager

, you will be responsible for managing the

end‑to‑end lifecycle of cost‑reduction ideas

, from idea generation to approval, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and contribution to profitability targets.

Key responsibilities Generate cost‑reduction ideas in close collaboration with

Engineering, Purchasing and other stakeholders Maintain and update the

ideas pipeline

, including status, impacts and stakeholder alignment Coordinate with

Engineering and Purchasing

to mature ideas (technical feasibility, supplier quotations, alternatives) Perform

economic evaluations

(business cases, cost breakdowns, sourcing inputs) Prepare and submit

approval proposals

to the relevant decision bodies Identify, manage and

escalate roadblocks

, proposing corrective actions to meet targets Manage

P‑Challenge / GAP price programs

, identifying and tracking pricing opportunities Ensure accurate portfolio tracking and reporting across systems (e.g.

Jira, Evos

)

What you bring

Basic qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Finance, Mathematics or Engineering Experience in

design, release, processing or similar technical/project roles Solid understanding of

automotive development processes and production methods Strong attention to detail and ability to manage

multiple initiatives in parallel Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English

(spoken and written) Ability to work effectively in a

global, cross‑functional environment
