The Proposition Members operate under a unified international Investment Banking brand and retain 80% of the fees. ONEtoONE provides the investment banking infrastructure required to compete in mid-market M&A:
- Execution support from a central team of analysts (pitches, information memoranda, valuations, buyer/seller searches, VDR, legal).
- Access to the best databases covering 450 million companies, investors, and transaction multiples.
- An intranet and CRM that facilitates teamwork across a global network of 200+ Corporate Finance experts.
- A dedicated origination team generating approximately 6,000 qualified opportunities per year, distributed to members by sector and geography.
- 350+ active mandates currently open across the network.
The Network has 22 years of operational history and has completed more than 2,500 mandates.
Profile we are looking for
- Significant experience in M&A, investment banking, or private equity; or executive leadership (CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Partner) in industry with defined sector expertise.
- An established professional network in Italy or your specific sector.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close mandates.
- Comfortable operating in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional contexts.
