Learning Experience Associate, Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS) Amazon FAAS (Finance-as-a-Service) is looking for a Learning Experience Associate to create, execute and manage effective training and communication strategies for the business. The ideal candidate must be self‑driven with a high degree of ownership and have good business acumen, communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. The Learning Experience Associate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of information design for the L&D team, working closely with SME’s, operation teams and other stakeholders to create impactful content and training approaches. The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance‑based outcomes, able to innovate and move quickly. Added advantage if the candidate is a good writer/content developer with the ability to convey complex ideas and information in easy‑to‑read, customer‑focused narratives. Key Responsibilities

Produce learning design plans. Devise content strategy for new learning pathways and topics based on research, content gaps, and existing content performance. Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research, analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation. Develop storyboards for prototypes/pilots; set instructional end goals, create engaging learning activities, and compelling course content. Ensure quality of content across various internal team wikis and other documents, performing self‑reviews and ensuring process adherence. Work with trainers, other LXDs and subject matter experts to address gaps in content coverage, identify target audiences' training needs, and advocate user experience. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process and create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role‑plays, games, etc.). Devising modes of assessment such as tests or quizzes to measure course effectiveness. Communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form with basic knowledge of authoring style guidelines. Manage various learning/knowledge/content management systems.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
