The role welcomes early‑career engineers and experienced professionals. What You’ll Do Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets. Support feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of day‑to‑day production issues. Contribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets. Monitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing. Analyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning, and machining process development for new products. Participate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background. Previous experience in a similar role, including internship experience, is a plus. We consider candidates at all career stages, including recent graduates and professionals with more experience.
