We are looking for a Market Funnel Performance Manager.
The Market Funnel Performance Manager owns full funnel performance across the market and ensures strong coordination between Regional standards and market-specific needs. The role activates Regional methodologies, dashboards, and KPIs, while adapting execution to local consumer behavior, channel realities, and business dynamics. They ensure performance decisions in the market are data-led, using Regional reporting as the main framework, enriched with contextual local insights. The role also contributes market learnings to shape Regional playbooks, benchmarks, and future guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑Funnel Ownership for the Market
Lead market performance across all funnel stages
Translate Regional frameworks into market‑relevant strategies
Prioritize performance drivers based on market insights, competitive landscape, and funnel diagnostics
Alignment with Regional Standards & Tools
Implement Regional KPI definitions, methodologies, dashboards, and governance
Ensure the market applies Regional test frameworks, measurement standards, and reporting cycles
Collaborate with Regional teams on evolving benchmarks, target setting, and methodology updates
Market Insight Contribution to Regional Teams
Provide structured market insights, performance drivers, test learnings, and business context
Highlight market‑specific nuances affecting funnel KPIs and optimization strategy
Shape future Regional guidelines with feedback from local execution
Funnel Optimization & Cross‑Functional Leadership
Lead funnel diagnostics and improvement plans across media, LFAs, CRM, market, and brand teams
Partner with agencies to optimize creative, audiences, journeys, and conversion flows
Drive A/B testing aligned with Regional protocols, customized to local channels
Business Governance & Reporting
Ensure Regional dashboards are used as the source of truth for market business reviews
Support leadership decision‑making with KPI interpretation and local performance context
Prepare market‑level insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews
Budget Management & Forecasting
Apply Regional forecasting media models, enriched with local market indicators
Monitor spend efficiency and recommend budget reallocations across funnel stages
Key Funnel KPIs
Awareness: Reach, CPR, traffic quality
Consideration: CTR, engagement, lead volume, CPL
Retention: Loyalty rate, CRM lifecycle KPIs
Efficiency: budget allocation efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Expertise in funnel performance, digital marketing, and media optimization
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Stakeholder management across market and Regional teams
Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Power BI/Tableau, CRM & media platforms)
Strong communication and decision enablement skills
Experience
6–10+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics, or growth roles
Proven experience managing full‑funnel KPIs
Experience working within cross‑market or Regional frameworks
Leadership experience with agencies and cross‑functional teams
