Descrizione:
We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager who will be responsible for proposing and developing Zagato’s global marketing and communication strategy, strengthening its positioning in the luxury automotive segment and consolidating its iconic image on the international stage.
The Marketing & Communication Manager will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and with the Design, Product Development, and Sales teams, coordinating branding, PR, events, and digital communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Branding
- Implement a marketing and communication strategy aligned with the brand’s ultra-luxury positioning.
- Strengthen brand identity by enhancing heritage, design, and innovation.
- Coordinate and optimize the distribution of corporate imagery and materials.
- Manage and coordinate editorial projects.
Communication & PR
- Manage relationships with international media, high-end automotive press, and lifestyle publications.
- Coordinate press activities with external agencies (PR, digital, events).
- Ensure the production of press kits, press releases, editorial content, and product storytelling.
- Oversee and optimize communications for new model launches and special projects.
Events & Brand Experience
- Plan, manage, and coordinate participation in international events.
- Develop exclusive initiatives for clients, collectors, and partners.
- Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand experience at every touchpoint across the customer and stakeholder journey.
Digital & Content
- Implement the digital strategy (website, social media, newsletters).
- Supervise and coordinate the production of visual and audiovisual content (photoshoots, video, storytelling).
- Monitor KPIs and digital performance.
Budget & Coordination
- Manage the marketing and communication budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers.
- Monitor results and ROI of implemented activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury sectors (automotive, transportation, design, lifestyle).
- Solid experience in international brand positioning and global PR management, especially in the automotive field.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of high-end products.
- Excellent command of English;
knowledge of Italian isa plus. - Willingness to travel.
