Planning & Program Integration Support – Aviation Domain
Job Location: Turin Area
Role OverviewThe figure will provide senior program planning and execution support focusing on alignment across design, procurement, test, production, and stakeholder execution.
Responsibilities
Support product owners with program planning, schedule coordination, and deliverables tracking;
Align customer's proprietary tools and Smartsheet planning views, milestones, dependencies, and open actions;
Coordinate with hardware owners, systems, supply chain, procurement, test, production, and other stakeholders;
Establish a disciplined daily / weekly operating rhythm for actions, risks, decisions, and escalations;
Identify planning disconnects between design and procurement activities;
Improve visibility to milestone status, ownership, dependencies, and execution risk.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Engineering field;
Strong programmanagement/program planning experience;
Aerospace engineering program experience;
Strong Smartsheet or MS project planning tool capability;
Strong schedule integration, dependency management, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills;
Fluency in English & Italian;
Comfortable working across international teams and time zones.
