PRIMARY FUNCTION

The On Road Portfolio & Product Management Intern supports the team in the definition and execution of product strategy activities across the On Highway business.

Working closely with the Head of On Road Portfolio & Product Management and the wider team, the intern contributes to market analysis, benchmarking, product positioning and communication activities, gaining broad exposure across different product areas and applications.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Support the team in analyzing the On Road market, including trends, competitors, regulations and customer needs
  • Perform benchmarking activities and contribute to competitiveness assessments across different products and segments
  • Assist in the preparation of product roadmaps and mid-/long-term scenarios
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by collecting inputs and following up on product-related topics
  • Participate in workshops and internal meetings, contributing to discussions on product positioning and strategy
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and materials for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to product communication content, storytelling and marketing materials
  • Support the organization of events, exhibitions and product-related initiatives
  • Assist in the creation and update of sales tools and commercial documentation
  • Support the consolidation of market and product insights for internal use across the team

REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND

  • Master’s degree student or recent graduate in:
  • Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Management Engineering preferred);
  • Marketing Business, Marketing or Economics-oriented degrees
  • Strong interest in automotive, commercial vehicles and product management topics
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market and product data
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and team-working attitude
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
