Your mission As a PM-Lead PV you will support the delivery of utility‑scale Solar PV projects across the Italian regions of Sardinia, Puglia and Basilicata. The role will focus on owner‑side project execution and EPC oversight from pre‑NTP through construction, commissioning, COD, and handover to operations. You will focus on managing projects from late‑stage development / Ready‑to‑Build (RtB) through Notice‑to‑Proceed (NTP), construction, commissioning, and Commercial Operation Date (COD). The portfolio consists primarily of large‑scale ground‑mounted agri‑PV projects using single‑axis trackers (SAT). The company has an established platform and significant pipeline in Italy and is now strengthening its local project delivery capabilities. The role offers the opportunity to take substantial ownership across project execution and to grow into a future leadership position as the Italian delivery platform expands. This is a highly hands‑on role requiring regular interaction with contractors, authorities, consultants, landowners, grid‑related stakeholders, and local partners. The successful candidate is expected to be operationally involved in projects and comfortable managing practical day‑to‑day challenges in dynamic execution environments. Responsibilities Project Delivery & Coordination

Lead utility‑scale solar PV projects from RtB through NTP, construction, commissioning, and COD. Coordinate and manage external EPC contractors, consultants, technical advisors, and suppliers. Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and contractual compliance. Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation measures. Support construction oversight, commissioning coordination, punch‑list management, and project close‑out activities. Ensure projects are delivered according to technical, commercial, and governance requirements.

Pre‑NTP & Project Preparation

Lead key activities required to transition projects from RtB to NTP. Coordinate 3rd‑party consultants conducting technical surveys, permitting follow‑up, discharge conditions, land‑related topics, and project readiness activities. Support EPC tendering, contractor negotiations, technical clarifications, and execution planning. Coordinate interfaces between development, engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and external advisors. Support project budgeting, scheduling, and execution strategy definition.

Stakeholder & Authority Management

Actively engage with local authorities, municipalities, consultants, landowners, contractors, and external stakeholders. Manage project escalations and support resolution of disputes where required. Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders across the respective provinces Sardinia, Puglia, Basilicata and Perugia. Represent the company during project meetings, site visits, and execution‑related discussions.

Contractor & Site Coordination

Conduct regular site visits and actively monitor project progress and execution quality. Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with contractors and suppliers. Ensure construction activities are progressing according to schedule and contractual obligations. Support resolution of technical, commercial, and practical construction challenges.

Commercial & Reporting Responsibilities

Maintain project schedules, risk registers, action trackers, and reporting structures. Support budget monitoring and change‑order tracking. Prepare project updates and reporting for senior management and internal stakeholders.

Platform Development

Support the further build‑out of the company’s Italian project delivery platform. Over time, support the development and mentoring of local PMs and site management resources as the platform grows.
