Program Manager, Marketplace Fees (UAE National), MENATR Seller Fees
As a Program Manager for Seller Fees and incentives, you will work with Product and Program Managers and cross-functional business teams (Local and WW) to implement our monetization strategy and launch & operate various seller incentives and promotions across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Turkiye. The PM will drive execution and controllership of all seller promotions and incentives.
Key Job Responsibilities
- The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Develop SQL proficiency and build queries and dashboards to track performance of seller incentives.
- Conduct deep dive analysis of seller incentives and manage stakeholder relationships.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field.
- Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional, array, pivot, lookup) or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
- Experience in program or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder and communication management.
- Experience with Excel, including use of complex formulas and pivot tables to manipulate large data sets and interpret results.
- Experience in technical document writing using Visio, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
