Program Manager, Marketplace Fees (UAE National), MENATR Seller Fees
As a Program Manager for Seller Fees and incentives, you will work with Product and Program Managers and cross-functional business teams (Local and WW) to implement our monetization strategy and launch & operate various seller incentives and promotions across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Turkiye. The PM will drive execution and controllership of all seller promotions and incentives.
Key Job Responsibilities
The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Develop SQL proficiency and build queries and dashboards to track performance of seller incentives.
Conduct deep dive analysis of seller incentives and manage stakeholder relationships.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field.
Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional, array, pivot, lookup) or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
Experience in program or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in stakeholder and communication management.
Experience with Excel, including use of complex formulas and pivot tables to manipulate large data sets and interpret results.
Experience in technical document writing using Visio, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
