And we are looking for a Regional Business Lead (Central & South) to support the next phase of our development.

NobleProg is known as "The World's Local Training Provider," offering high quality - comprehensive training and consultancy solutions globally.


We specialize in high-tech domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Programming, Management, Data & Statistics, working with corporate clients across multiple industries.



ROLE DESCRIPTION:


This is a remote, contract-based (B2B) position focused on developing NobleProg’s presence in Central and Southern Italy.


The role combines business development and market ownership, including:

- building and managing a commercial pipeline

- developing relationships with corporate clients and partners

- managing the full sales cycle (from first contact to closing)

- identifying and developing new business opportunities

- contributing to regional strategy and go-to-market approach


This role requires full ownership of business development activities, with a strong focus on generating revenue and closing deals.



QUALIFICATIONS:


- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development (typically 5 years)

- Demonstrated ability to close deals, ideally in services, consulting, or training environments.

with a track record of generating new business independently

- Strong analytical and business planning skills

- Experience in developing or growing a territory or market

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- High level of autonomy and ability to work independently

- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment


Fluency in Italian and English is required.



WORKING MODEL:


This is a B2B collaboration (freelance / contractor, Partita IVA).


Compensation is primarily performance-based, with a direct link between results and earnings.
