Sales & Market Access Director | Generics, Biosimilars & Market Access
A high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing pharmaceutical business, where you’ll shape commercial strategy, drive market access, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical organisation entering the Italian market with a focus on generics, biosimilars, and specialty products.

Lead national sales and market access strategy across Italy
Own the full tendering and contracting process across regional and hospital systems
Drive pricing, reimbursement, and negotiations with key stakeholders (AIFA, regions, hospitals)
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team
Develop differentiated strategies across generics, biosimilars, and branded portfolio
Deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic milestones
Strong expertise in market access, tendering, and contracting
~ Proven track record in generics/biosimilars or hospital channels
~ Deep understanding of AIFA, HTA, and Italian healthcare systems
~ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
~ Experience building and scaling teams in competitive markets
