Position Summary
Support the Italian market by ensuring efficient customer service, order management and coordination of marketing activities, acting as an operational link between customers, the sales team, and internal/external stakeholders.
We will offer an apprenticeship contract during which the candidate will benefit from internal and external training to develop their skills and competencies for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordination – support the execution of campaigns, launches, and promotional activities; coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, communication) and external agencies.
- Sales Back Office – process and monitor orders in SAP; manage quotations, order tracking, and reporting; coordinate with logistics, production, and finance.
- Customer Service – manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups; handle claims and service issues in coordination with sales.
Required Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
- Familiarity with marketing and communication tools (e.g., Canva).
- Data analytics and management capability.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge considered a plus.
