ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video, and social media outreach.Identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy using tools such as Sales Navigator and all forms of desk targets.Adhere to all response-time SLA’s and use mandatory sales cadences consistently.Actively manage the sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on the CRM (Salesforce).Transition qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process.Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.Work model: Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday in the office).Working hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00.QualificationsFluent in English, written and spoken.Minimum 2.5 years in a sales role, ideally in tech or advertising sales.Proven ability to unlock high‑potential budget opportunities and grow customer financial investment over time.Knowledge of digital advertising (advantageous).Skilled at competitive selling to win new business.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple terms.Strong time‑management skills and ability to work fortable in a constantly changing, fast‑paced environment.Experience with Salesforce or prior exposure to a CRM tool.BenefitsMonthly transportation/internet allowance.Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation).Additional medical plan: health and dental care fully covered by the employer.Life insurance.Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport).Relocation pack to Bulgaria.
